Product Description
ZC6528 is a bifunctional polyurethane acrylate synthesized by polymerization of polyester polyol, aliphatic hydroxyethyl acrylate and curing agent, also known as photosensitive curing resin.
ZC6528 is used in the emerging industry of 3D printing, which is favored and valued by the industry because of its excellent characteristics. As 3D printing consumables, it is suitable for high-precision light curing 3D printing and SLA rapid prototyping system. It is especially suitable for LED light sources (385nm and 405nm). It is also sensitive to other light sources, such as DLP projection lamp and UV laser light source. The photosensitive composition is optimized to effectively inhibit the penetration of light beam and avoid deep curing. The minimum layer thickness of single exposure can be controlled at 0.02mm and the molding accuracy is high; The product is transparent and smooth, with high curing speed and high dry strength after exposure. Suitable for personal desktop 3D printing system, low odor and low irritant ingredients.
Its technical index: the viscosity is 1800-40000 MPa S / 25 ℃, acid value < 0.5 (NCO%), functionality 2 (theoretical value), appearance is colorless or yellowish transparent liquid;
