To solve these problems, many companies have begun to produce stronger and more durable resins. The traditional manufacturing process has a complex and long manufacturing process, and the design freedom of jewelry is low due to mold restrictions. It maintains good strength, rigidity and long-term thermal stability under high temperature, and is applicable to molds and mechanical parts in automobile and aviation industries. At present, the hot deformation temperature (HDT) challenged by high-temperature resistant resin materials has reached 289 ° C (552 ° F).

Biocompatible resin

Ceramic resin

The ceramics made from these polymers shrink uniformly and have almost no porosity. This resin can produce dense ceramic parts after 3D printing. The super-strong ceramic material that uses this technology for 3D printing can withstand a high temperature of more than 1700 ℃.

Most of the ceramic light-curing technology on the market is to add ceramic powder into a light-curable solution, disperse ceramic powder evenly in the solution through high-speed stirring, and prepare ceramic slurry with high solid content and low viscosity. Then the ceramic slurry is directly solidified layer by layer on the light curing molding machine, and the ceramic parts are accumulated to obtain the ceramic parts. Finally, the ceramic parts are obtained by drying, degreasing and sintering.

Solar resin

Solar resin is different from the resin cured under ultraviolet light. They can be cured under ordinary sunlight, so no longer rely on UV light source, and a LCD screen can be used to cure such resin.
