Product ACMO is a kind of Polyester monomers. It is a water white transparent liquid. It is mainly characterized byHigh hardness,fast curing.It is mainly used for Ink and UV glue.

The viscosity is appropriate, the dilution ability is moderate, the curing speed is faster than other monomers, the flexibility is very good, the temperature resistance and hardness are also very high. It is a heat-resistant functional monomer with excellent performance and has little irritation to the skin. Because of its low vapor pressure, it produces almost no pungent odor. With the characteristics of low viscosity and fast curing, it is often used as an active diluent for UV curing resin. It has good compatibility with oligomer, multifunctional acrylate and resin. The modified UV curing resin has low moisture absorption, good acid, alkali and solvent resistance.

ACMO is a monomer that can be used for dilution. Its full name is 4-propenyl morpholine [2-propen-1-one, 1 - (4-morpholinyl) -], alias is acryloyl morpholine; 4 – (1-oxo-2-propenyl) morphorphine; N-acryloylmorpholine; 4-acryloyl morpholine; 4-acetylacryloylmorpholine; Acmo, with chemical formula of c7h11 NO2, is used for fiber, flocculant, oilfield polymer and UV resin reaction diluent.

It has good dilution, can effectively reduce the viscosity of the system and has good compatibility. It can be used as compatibilizer (hydrophilic and hydrophobic amphoteric monomer), can be compatible with most oligomers and monomers, has good dispersion of pigments and dyes, and has good dispersion stability for organic and inorganic particles. Compared with most monofunctional monomers, it has low odor and irritation,the curing speed is fast, the nitrogen atom contained in the molecule can reduce the oxygen polymerization inhibition, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, insensitive to the existence of acid and alkali, difficult to hydrolyze, good stability, good heat resistance, great advantages under the condition of strict requirements for high temperature, low curing shrinkage, toughness, good flexibility while maintaining hardness

The monomer belongs to acrylamide active diluent. Acryloylmorpholine has little irritation to skin and low odor. Its structure has hydrophilic morpholine group and hydrophobic carbon chain structure.
