Product Description
The chemical name of product ZC8605 is polyester acrylate. It is a kind of yellowish transparent liquid. Its customers are mainly used in nail varnish and color glue. Its wettability effect is the best product in the company’s resin system. It has leveling flexibility, good yellowing resistance and fast curing. It is mainly used in ink, wood, paper, plastic coating and vacuum electroplating finish, It can also be used in white paint system.Polyester acrylic resin，Add anhydride, acrylic acid, polymerization inhibitor and catalyst into a four port flask equipped with stirring machine, thermometer and condenser tube, stir evenly, raise the temperature to 110 ℃, react for 5-6 hours, and detect the acid value until the acid value is less than 5. The viscosity of polyester acrylic resin was measured by sampling, and the performance of polyester acrylic resin was tested by adding 3% – 4% photoinitiator.
